I found The Counselor Code on Teachers Pay Teachers and this amazing board! I had to cut out the hands myself. (I’m saving my pennies for a Cricut — but I’m afraid it’s going to get me into more trouble than it will save me from!) But all the Black Leaders were taken care of with a click of a button! Each leader has a little description of what made them special. (Again, yay for hand cutting. =^)
But Oh. My. Gawsh. I love how this turned out! It was totally worth all the scissors blisters!
